  • Undergraduate and Masters opportunities

    MChem and MSc research projects are available each year in the group. We can also support talented and committed undergraduate students for short research projects over summer funded by the RSC Undergraduate Research Bursaries.

    *** The group have a 4 year EPSRC-funded PhD studentship opportunity starting September 2026 at University of Leicester.***

    Applications open for Home (UK/ROI) students only. Project info here. Scheme info here. Please contact Sandy ASAP if you are eligible and interested. Rigorous training will be provided and diverse scientific skillsets very welcome.

    Specific PhD positions will be advertised here. Other sources of funding include: Commonwealth scholarships (non-UK applicants), John Monash scholarships (Austrialian applicants), Doctoral loans (UK applicants).
